Healing Cycles-Genogram Workshop

During Part 1 of Breaking Cycles we created genograms to map family systems. Those illustrations identified the nature and order of family-of-origin relationships as well as the interpersonal dynamics between family members that influence personality development, functioning, and other factors in the family system.

This 2 hour workshop will:

• Further explore your own genogram.
• Identify cycles that you want to break.
• Increase your understanding of how your family system is impacting your current functioning.
• Strengthen your relationship with self and your loved ones; as well as the capacity to demonstrate compassion for self and others.

This workshop is only available to those who participated in Part 1 (Breaking Cycles). The workshop is $25 per person. Mothers and Daughters that participated together are not required to return together. All materials will be provided along with light refreshments.
