Join us for a relaxing, fun, and healing experience that will help rejuvinate your digestion and leave you feeling enlightened on how to take care of your gut health. Mollie, a nutrition consultant student and gut health fanatic who has used holistic medicine and nutrition to heal from chronic illness will be leading a discussion about the root causes of common digestive issues (i.e. bloating, abdominal paid, acid refllux, poor digestion, IBS, etc.) and how to address them. Andrea, a focused functional medicine enthusiast, holistic health advocate, and integrative nutrition student will contribute to the discussion by taking us through some practical daily gut healing rituals. We will then enjoy a gut healing snack with time to mingle and digest. Natasha, a health coach student and yoga teacher that is passionate about the mind-body connection to heal will be facilitating a gentle 30 min yoga flow that helps boost digestion and heal the gut. We are going to leave plenty of time to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another. Guests will recieve handouts with recipes and info on gut health, samples of gut healing spices, and positive vibes. The event will be held at a house in the beautiful hills of Orinda.
