Harris County Youth Collective Community Conversation (Acres Homes)
Our overall vision as Harris County Youth Collective is to help all dually-invovled youth thrive in the areas of wellness, education, and transition to adulthood. One way we hope to do this is by creating community working groups in the areas that a mainly affected. This is a very casual meeting with breakout conversations focusing on collaborating and sharing practices, current needs, and innovated ideas moving foward as a community.
