Handmade Pizza​

Whether you like your pizza with thick or thin crust, lots of toppings or none at all, this class will give you the repertoire that includes just about every one's favorite.  You will learn Sicilian and Neapolitan style pizza as well as some other Italian classics. You will test your skills by tossing your dough in the air and taking it off the peel and baking it to perfection.

Pizza Margherita (tomato, basil, mozzarella)
Pizza Bianco  (ricotta, mozzarella, spinach)
Sicilian Deep Dish 
Calzone with Prosciutto Cotto and cheese
