Daniel Schwarz, Attorney, Partner - Fragomen

Clients come to Dan for guidance and strategic advice on all types of U.S. immigration, including complex matters associated with criminal issues and prior immigration violations. Dan practices in the fields of corporate, investor (E-2 and EB-5) and family immigration law, representing large and small corporate clients within a variety of industries, including finance, technology, sports, fashion, academic institutions and the arts. Christian Triantaphyllis US Immigration Attorney of Foster LLP Christian Triantaphyllis is an attorney and EB-5 Section Lead with Foster LLP, a full-service immigration law firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. The focus of his practice is on business immigration matters, particularly those related to EB-5 investments. Mr. Triantaphyllis represents foreign nationals in the preparation and filing of EB-5 cases and advises on lawful sources of investment funds. He advises businesses on establishing EB-5 projects throughout the U.S. and provides analysis from an immigration law perspective on funding structures. Mr. Triantaphyllis also represents clients to acquire legal status for professional employees, investors under U.S. treaties, and other visa options. Mr. Triantaphyllis is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association, has authored a number of articles on the EB-5 program, and is a frequent speaker on immigration issues.

Matthew T. Galati, Attorney, Senior Associate - Green and Spiegel LLC

Matthew T. Galati is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia Office. Matt leads the Firm’s U.S. Investors and Entrepreneurs Division, dedicated to representing individuals and companies seeking use of foreign investment in the immigration context. He has experience with nearly every aspect of immigration law and focuses the majority of his practice on EB-5-related matters. Matt has handled the preparation of hundreds of Form I-526 and Form I-829 petitions, as well as regularly advising U.S. companies utilizing the program. Further, Matt has creatively utilized other visa classifications in order to secure immigration benefits for his entrepreneurial clientele. He also regularly advises companies in the corporate context, with a focus on immigration compliance. Matt’s previous representations have included representing clients before immigration court, in appellate proceedings, and most notably as counsel pro hac vice in the seminal EB-4 Religious Minister case Shalom Pentecostal Church v. Beers, No. 11-4491 (D.N.J. Sept. 16, 2013). Matt has been a panelist and moderator on immigration law topics for numerous organizations across the country and around the world, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association, EB-5 Diligence, NES Capital, The Investment Migration Summit, and in various investor roadshows and migration agent trainings. Brennan Sim, President - EB5 United

Brennan has been working in EB-5 since 2013. Brennan possesses an ability to adapt in other cultures, find common ground with others, and build strong foundations for business development. After running another Regional Center for the past 3 years, Brennan has joined EB-5 United with a drive to bring value to the group. He received his BS in Finance and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Alabama. Brennan coached Wide Receivers for South Alabama’s football team while getting his MBA,and graduated #1 in his class. After grad school, he worked as a Financial Advisor where he developed knowledge that has translated well into the EB-5 industry.

Mr Ishaan Khanna - EB5 United

EB-5 Investor Ishaan Khanna of New Delhi was in his senior year of college when he found out about the EB-5 program. Majoring in Information Systems at the time, he realized how much the U.S. had to offer someone like him and the professional opportunities he would have access to. When his H1B application didn't make it through, he had to return to India. Now, with his conditional green card approved, he has returned to the US and wants to share his EB-5 journey to help other investors make smart investment and immigration decisions. He always encourages investors to do the same kind of diligence he did when making his investment and by sharing his experiences with them he hopes to help them on their path toward permanent residency in the United States.

Peter deNeufville , Partner - DNAC

Peter B. De Neufville, Executive Chairman of InterLand Development Corp. a real estate investement company which manages assets in the states of New Jersey, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Vermont and Wyoming.  He was Executive Chairman of Voltaix, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of chemicals for the semiconductor industry, from 2000 – 2013. During his tenure he raised $130,000,000 of primarily non-dilutive financing, drove product scale-up, and oversaw the design and construction of three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Korea. The company was purchased by Air Liquide S.A. of France in 2013.   He has a Ph.D. from the University of London King’s College and a B.A. from Tulane University.

Brooke Cianfichi, Chief Operating Officer, Director Of Business Development - Ascend America

Brooke Cianfichi serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development at AscendAmerica where her role is to initiate, underwrite and structure EB-5 investment opportunities. Her previous senior management role as Group Manager of Sales and Operations Manager at M&T Bank, allowed her to forge a unique and well-rounded skill set in both client advocacy and operational efficiency. With over 14 years of credit experience, specifically in residential and commercial financing, Brooke has a deep understanding of financial structure that allows her to assess and mitigate risk in real estate transactions. Brooke earned her MA in Economics from New York University and her MBA from the University at Buffalo.
