Guided Meditation

I will be conducting a series of guided meditations that will aid in the opening of our individual Chakra Centers and the activation of our dormant DNA strands.

We will also be doing an energy clearing meditation.

After each guided meditation we will break it down and share our experiences with the group.

Each week I introduce new meditations that build off of the previous meditations. These Guided Meditations are open to everyone.

In a group guided meditation each individual's experience is greatly enhanced by the overall group experience. It is not unusual for members to share similar energy experiences. This enhancement has led to many life changing experiences for the participants that do not go away after the initial meditation!

Herbal tea, snacks and chocolate will be served!

It has come to my attention that many people have difficulty finding the exact location of my Center based on the given map directions. I want to remove that discrepancy.

Updated Directions:

Kinkead Avenue is a small dead end street that connects to Meadow Drive in North Tonawanda. Kinkead is also across the street from the NT High School.

Meadow Drive can be accessed from either Nash Road (Twin Cities Highway becomes Nash Road) or Payne Avenue.

At the very end of Kinkead is a driveway on your right. Turning right there will actually put you in view of the front entrance of the building I occupy.

You want to then turn a quick left to the left side of the building. There is a parking lot there with many available spaces. There is also a wonderful wooded area to the left.

I have the only basement entrance on the left side of the building. Suite 102-A. You will continue down a short flight of steps and come on in.
