Group Guided Meditation

It is held at The Zen Room in Gilroy, CA. Come a bit early to enjoy our beautiful storefront.

Come as you are, no mats or pillows needed. You will leave with feelings of relaxation, peace of mind, clarity, and compassion. We could all use more of that!  

This is a great class for the beginner or seasoned meditator as Mikaila will guide you to a place in your mind that allows for relaxation and mind expansion. 

Class is from 6:30-7:30. Please arrive early to fill out the registration waiver.
