March 2 , 2020 Whole Group Classroom Leadership I- Getting Students attention and fostering independence in the classroom. This course will cover content similar to the October 9, 2019 class with Rachel Babbs offered by WESD. We welcome folks who attended October 9th to attend again to review and refine the learning and ask questions if they would like.
March 3, 2020 Whole Group Classroom Leadership II- Keeping students engaged and supporting individual success. Includes skills for educators wanting to learn more about addressing "tier 2 & 3 behaviors". Some strategies will build on content from the October 9th Catalyst Approach™ to Envoy®/March 2nd Whole Group Classroom Leadership I Training.

Studies show that 82% of all communication is non-verbal. An educator’s thoughtful use of non-verbals has a substantial impact on creating more effective learning environments. The skills learned in this course allow educators to preserve their most powerful leverage point: relationships. Educators love these strategies because they create an atmosphere where less time is spent on management and more time is spent learning.
