'Greener Philly' is a new PhillyCAM public access media series exploring the environmental issues affecting our local community. On April 25th the Litter Free Philly coalition will present an evening of discussion, art and performance, bringing attention to single use plastics and how they contribute to our city's trash and litter crisis. Come hear from community organizers, block captains, students, and others who are working to make our city cleaner, greener and more sustainable.

Thanks to our participating organizations:

Mill Creek Farm
Clean Water Action
Trash Academy
Extinction Rebellion (Philly)
TTF Watershed Partnership
Green Woods Charter School
PennEnvironment
Sierra Club PA Chapter

Meet and network with members of the Litter Free Philly coalition from 5:30pm to 6pm. Light refreshments will be served during this time. At 6pm the live taping of our program will begin with an introductory panel followed by a youth-focused segment. Performance and art displays provided by Mural Arts Trash Academy. After the show there will be time for Q&A and networking from 7pm to 7:30pm.

As seating is limited, please reserve and confirm your spot to see our program's live taping; there will be an overflow room for those who cannot be accommodated in the studio.
