We are now offering free yoga classes . Join us 6pm for free yoga at Greenbelt Recreation Center  with Shape Up NYC - a free, drop-in fitness program with locations across the five boroughs. There is no class registration, simply show up and be prepared to get focused and fit with yoga! Bring Friends and family if you like ! Vanessa Is a passionate 200 HR Yoga instructor graduated from Sonic Yoga. Vanessa is always loves to help others and encouraging you to make beneficial, positive and healthy choices and she loves to do that through Yoga. Please bring your own Yoga Mat and props  (if needed) , for your practice. We do also provide Yoga Mats as well.
