In today's unique market environment many agents are struggling with managing both buyer and seller expectations. It is only through understanding real estate trends that agents will be able to adapt, overcome and conquer common objections or issues clients face when buying or selling a home. In order to make a compelling argument an agent can use data provided by their MLS to show clients, rather than tell them, using charts and graphs to persuade them to make smart decisions in an extreme market.
