On April 5, join Executive Chef/Owner Tom Power for a First Flavors of Spring delicious 4- course meal with wine pairings at the beautiful Becca Garden & Restaurant, inside the Historic Cavalier Hotel. Chef Power's food philosophy is to purchase excellent ingredients, always prioritizing the freshest product possible. Be uncompromising in preparation and execution, and focus on clean, bright flavors.
Chef Power has a history with the Historic Cavalier Hotel. “My grandparents honeymooned at The Cavalier. My parents and their families spent many weekends at the Cavalier, swimming and Cavalier Beach Club dancing at night. In 1986 our Power family had a big reunion, about 50 attended, from all over the US. The Cavalier is a special place and I look forward to seeing the beautiful renovation.”
