Refund Policy:
Each ticket has its individual barcode and tickets are allowed to be transferred if for any reason the original ticket buyer can't attend the event for unseen reasons. All tickets therefore are non refundable. You don't have to contact the organizer. We will honor the ticket even if it bears somebody else's name in this case. 
Parking:
There are several options for parking nearby. Street parking, parking structure directly across the street on Orange to name a few. The most affordable parking structure would be across the street, the Highland and Hollywood Blvd parking structure by the Dolby Theatre. There is also a  $20 valet parking option available directly at the hotel. For street parking, please be sure to read the restrictions before you leave your vehicle.
