Join Chef Lauren Von Der Pool for a lesson on your chakras and the foods, herbs, essential oils and crystals that correlates to them.

Chef Lauren will teach a delicious recipe for each chakra and then join everyone in a centering meditation and sound bath. Guests will receive a signed copy of her book Eat Yourself Sexy. All materials provided.
