Golf-Gift-Goodwill: A Fundraising Golf Tournament

Enjoy an afternoon of golf and networking while supporting a great cause that will promote health, provide medicines and give free surgical care to many less fortunate people of the province of Kalinga, Philippines.
Whether a seasoned professional or an eager novice, you can spend three hours of fun, food and friendship as we tee off to give the gift of health and goodwill!
In many rural areas in countries like the Philippines, access to needed healthcare is a luxury. Many people suffer and die because they are incapable of paying for the medical treatments they need. Some parents choose to go without medicines rather than take away food from their children.
Houston Alliance of Volunteers in Medicine (HAVMed), a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, gives the opportunity for volunteers to help address some basic healthcare needs in these communities through medical missions. Our volunteers travel far to provide free medical services, donate their time and pay for their own traveling expenses.
HAVMed’s projects are funded mainly by donations, and organized fundraising events. We invite you to support a worthy cause by donating. Our goal is to raise at least $15,000.
This fundraising event allows everyone to contribute at various levels of participation and sponsorships. Local businesses can be a sponsor and consider it as part of your focused marketing efforts. In addition to the tiered sponsor benefits, donor names will be listed on official medical mission shirts, banners, website and social media channels. Sponsorship is a one time contribution that in turn provides your business with the opportunity to be introduced to health care professionals, clients, business associates, other vendors and the Topgolf social network. Individuals can join in and have fun playing golf with friends and helping a good cause.
