GOGA (yoga w/goats and beer) at Project Brewery

Come join for an exciting and fun filled morning of yoga with with goats ? and beer ? at Project Barley Brewery!

This class will take place at Project Barley located at 2308 Pacific Coast Highway, in Lomita. This amazing open space provides the perfect environment to get your morning practice in, enjoy a few laughs as goats climb all over you as your trying to practice, and then stay and enjoy a beer after which is included with ticket price!

This is an all levels class. Nothing too serious! Just a nice way to start your Saturday morning with a little movement, a lot of laughter, and fun.

You may wonder....why Goats??? The answer is simple! Because they bring you joy!

Why goats & yoga?Well, yoga is good for the body and the mind, and the goats can really improve the mind aspect. Forget all your problems, at least for a few hours, and give your mind a little break from the million little things your thinking about all the time......and just enjoy, be present and in the moment! So that's why goats & yoga (for us), but why for the goats? For the goats, this combination brings them joy because they L❤️VE to climb! They get their enjoyment climbing all over us as we get our bodies into these fun shapes and poses! They also get lots of treats and pets and love! These goats are living the life! ??

Stay after class for a little cuddle time and photos with these beautiful creatures, while you enjoy a beer brewed from Project Barley Brewery!!!

Heres what you need to know:

Wear a shirt that covers your back.

Fitted or tighter shirts are preferred as its a little harder for the little goats to climb on top of you with a looser shirt so something that is not too loose is preferred.

We will be doing about 40-50 minutes of yoga. During the class, I will be taking photos for you all and airdropping/or texting them to you after class so you can enjoy the practice without having to worry about not having your camera ready, and just practice being present and in the moment ?

After class, we will have an opportunity to pet the goats, get a few more photos with them if you'd like! The goats will be with us a little longer after class so you can enjoy the practice and save your selfies for after!
