GODS PIÑATAS

It is a hot summer day in a small town. Two women, RAVEN and ROXY have a marriage that is nearing it's finish line. Ultimatums need to be met. RAVEN is an alcoholic, unemployed, and struggling with an abusive past. ROXY has been supporting them and her patience has reached its limit. ROSE is Roxy's Aunt. She lives with them and is suffering from Alzheimer's and the strain of her care is weighing on their relationship. The only joys left in ROSES life are her faith, her flowers, and her love for SUGI,the gentleman next door. Opens August 17th at the Muse Theatre in La Crosse, WI. Show dates are August 17th, 18th, 24th, 25th at 7:30 PM with a 2:00 PM Matinee on August 26th. Written by local playwright Phil S Addis and under the direction of Marsha Rubinelli. Starring Joeanne Tesar, Donna Stapleton, Mary Beth Specht, and Tom Desjarlais.
