Goat Yoga at Strohmer's Farm

Each session is a relaxed form of yoga, consisting of various poses primarily at beginner level and intended to be open to yogis of every skill level - with our adorable baby goats. Yoga with goats offers the numerous therapeutic benefits of yoga - coupled with the physical and emotional benefits derived from interaction with animals. Join us for an hour to take a break from your daily routine and let baby goats be your muse!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and plan to stay a few extra minutes for baby goat snuggles and good-byes!

Class size is limited to 9 participants (+1 instructor). Social distancing guidelines will be respected. Instructor will assist attendees with mat distancing. Face masks encouraged.

$30 - registration required

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring a yoga mat and water. Since the session is outside, please also consider sun protection.

What should I wear to the event?

We recommend hair pulled back into a pony tail or bun as goats are nibblers. It is also recommended to not wear your favorite strappy tank tops and shirts as goats are also climbers! Dress for the weather! You may also experience some dirt - because it's a farm!
