The Goat and Her Three Kids

You are invited to join us for the screening of the short film "The Goat and Her Three Kids" starring Maia Morgenstern and Marius Bodochi, premiering in New York on February 29th.
Based on Romania's best know fairy tale, this short film aims to unveil the true nature of the famed bed time story and to treat the audience to a different perspective, one that offers a glimpse at what the tragedy actually looks like beyond the happy songs and colorful characters.
Rated PG-13 this movie is not recommended to children under the age of 13.
The writer and director of the short film will share with you the saga behind the project and will happily answer any questions you have for him!
The main objective of the event is raising the budget for the feature film and spreading the word about this initiative.
There will be no entry fee but given the nature of this project any donations will go a long, loooong way!

In data de 29 februarie la ora 6:00 PM, va invitam sa vizionati, in premiera in New York, filmul de scurtmetraj Capra cu trei iezi avandu-i ca protagonisti pe Maia Morgenstern si pe Marius Bodichi.
Bazat pe una dintre cele mai cunoscute fabule româneşti, scurtmetrajul îşi propune să dezvăluie adevărata natură a faimoasei poveşti pentru copii şi să prezinte publicului o nouă perspectivă, una care oferă imaginea reală a tragediei, dincolo de personificari si cântece vesele.
Filmul (și deci evenimentul) nu este recomandat copiilor sub 13 ani.
Vizionarea se va face in prezenta regizolului Victor Canache care va povesti despre geneza și culisele acestui proiect precum și despre următorii pași în realizarea acestui film pentru marile ecrane.
Evenimentul este unul de strangere de fonduri pentru realizarea filmului de cinema Capra cu trei iezi.
Intrarea este libera dar, având în vedere natura acestui eveniment, o donație este recomandată și încurajată. Oricine este însă binevenit, indiferent dacă este sau nu interesat să investească în film sau sa sponsorizeze proiectul.
