Have you lost your sexy? Do you want more sexy? In this 90 minute dance class, we will be bringing sexy back with fun, music and smiles ;)
Many of you have been asking me when I'm going to teach my dance class again. . . well here's your answer.
Join me for me fun and famous Girls Night Out Dance Class for ladies on Sunday, January 27th at 5pm!

What will we learn?:
-We will be building on confidence, poise and sensuality through dance and movement.
-You will learn a dance with striptease movements, sensual basics and sexy body fun.
-Basic and fun dance movements for the bedroom ;) or the dance floor
-Basic at home exercises and stretches for everyday movement building
What do I need to bring to class?:
-High Heels (If you're new to dancing in heels, bring boots or heels with an ankle strap)
-Water (capped)
-Towel (if you're sexy sweaters)
-An open mind and spirit!
-Your sexy self!!
What the heck do I wear?:
- Wear comfortable clothing in which you can move freely.
-Booty shorts and tank tops are ideal...however you wear what makes you feel comfortable.
- Bring a top that you can take off! A button up shirt or large T-Shirt layer. Yes that's right! I'll be teaching you how to strip out of it sensually like a confident Goddess for your babe!
- You may dance barefoot, in tennis shoes or heels. Most gals dance barefoot and put their heels on later in the class. It's up to you. What does your babe like?
I'm a little nervous. What if I'm a beginner?:
Awesome! You're going to rock it! We'll be having a glass of champagne to relax our nerves and get the inner Goddess flowing. You're going to be GREAT!
This class is for ALL levels and ages (adults of course only please)
