Sexism, sexual misconduct, and inequities in pay and opportunity have run rampant in the male-dominated Silicon Valley and Bay Area tech scene for years.  Yet, as more and more women step forward and as companies face public consequences for gender-based workplace issues, these problems can no longer remain unaddressed.
