Paul went on to be a key business executive at Levi's Stadium, home of the 49ers. There he maximized sales as Levi Stadium hosted Super Bowl 50 and sold out all seating in the $1.3 billion dollar stadium. Paul even collaborated with John Chen and Geoteaming to bring a high tech scavenger hunt as people got unprecedented access to Levi's Stadium.

Paul held many dream jobs for those who want to work in professional sports. He was there IN THE BOARDROOM after Colin Kaepernick took a knee and was there to witness what happened behind the scenes. While Paul was getting his MBA, he suddenly realized, he was NOT in love with the industry, he was IN LOVE with the people side, of culture and leadership.

In a John Chen style Jerry Maguire decision, Paul decided to reinvent himself and leave Levi's Stadium to pursue a leadership journey across all industries. Paul worked for the Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute and now has his own company, Purpose Labs, to share his message of Playing Offense.
