Please note that our class times are slightly different starting in June: Mondays will stay at 5pm but now we offer Thursdays at 5:30pm.
PRE-REGISTER to reserve your spot by clicking on the ticket link. (You can sign up for classes ahead of time using this online scheduler.) Minimum of 3 students for class to be held – cancellation notifications will be sent out via email to those who have registered as well as posted on this event by 3pm the day of class.
Gentle Prenatal Yoga is designed for those planning to conceive, expectant parents, or postpartum moms looking to ease back into movement, but is open to anyone looking for a calm, slow-paced practice. Gently paced and full of body positive affirmations, it’s perfect for your mind and soul.
