Join us for a FREE weekly gentle chair yoga class led by certified yoga instructor Abhi Dalal. While you learn a series of postures, you’ll focus on mindfulness and moving with your breath. All poses are modified for sitting in a chair or using a chair for balance. All are welcome; this class is perfect for seniors or those with limited mobility. Please wear comfortable clothes and let your instructor know of any health conditions that are of concern. Drop-ins are welcome! **No class on September 20th or December 27th**
