Taking the test will require approximately 15-20 minutes - there is no blood draw, only cheek swabs. You'll receive your results, within 6-8 weeks, which can include the following: Cardiac screening, cancer screening, carrier status, full healthy weight/diet analysis and individual response to medications. The test also includes a free call with a geneticist to review the results.
Results are 100% confidential and protected under HIPAA and GINA.
Walk-ins are welcome and encouraged, however, if you'd like to schedule an appointment, feel free to use our online scheduler.
In order to receive your genetics screening, you must be 18 years of age, have a valid ID and valid insurance card. The genetics test itself is a service in which all costs are covered by your insurance carrier. In order to receive the above results, consent will need to be provided for the submission of this service to your insurance.
