Looking for a slower paced class? This beginner friendly all levels class will help you build a strong foundation while exploring more complex postures and longer holds. It’s a Hatha Flow that blends breath inspired movement with an emphasis on alignment that is right for YOU. Slow down and find the connection between your breath and body, building endurance and strength as well as improving flexibility. Sun salutations, chaturanga, preparations for arm balancing and inversions will be introduced in a setting designed to let you work safely to your edge. We will be utilizing foam rollers, straps, blocks and other props during this class. This class will include 10 minutes of mediation at the end of class.
