Garden Trellis + Introduction to Welding - Two Sessions
TWO SESSIONS Tuesday 8/21 AND Tuesday 8/28, Both from 7:00-9:30 pm Come join us in the MetalShop to make a classic but simple structure to support climbing plants in your garden. This class will guide you through steps of bending an arch, cutting metal, and successfully welding basic design elements with the METAL INERT GAS (MIG) welder. Practice using the MIG to fuse a metal frame in time for the growing season. Work with a small group to get a strong introduction to basic shop tools and to crafting with steel.
