Have you ever wondered what the future of winter looks like? Or about the science behind our snowpack? Protect Our Winters (POW) and the American Geophysical Union to present a happy hour mixer and discussion on the science of snow and what you can do to help protect the future of skiing. Panel experts will include representatives from POW, scientists, and Elena Hight.

Elizabeth Koebele, UNR
Carl Kish, STOKE Certified
Elena Hight, Olympic Snowboarder
Mingle with the panelists, special guest athlete Elena Hight and other snow lovers from 7 PM – 7:30 PM then participate in a dynamic conversation and Q&A from 7:30 PM- 9 PM on Saturday, February 29th, 2020.
All ages are welcome to this free community event. Please bring your own cup and help us eliminate waste at this event!
