This class meets every week from 9:00-10:00am on Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri at Alhambra Park. (Off on Wed)
Class is split into 3 parts with a 3-5 minute water break between each section. We work upper and lower body, cardio, balance, & coordination. We use an exercise band for a few of the exercises. No mat needed. Some people bring a chair to help with balance. Some use 2lb dumbbells for a more challenging workout. Bring your own water.
