Fullerton Hillcrest Park Stairs Workout!

Get those endorphins pumping and work out with us at the Fullerton Hillcrest Park Stairs!

Imagine you ve just taken a fantastic hike up the stairs and upon reaching the top of the mountain you ve climbed, you sit down to gaze out over the canyon below as you catch your breath. A nice breeze caresses your skin, your heart is pounding, sweat is beading on your forehead, but you feel more energized than you have in weeks. Not only are you confident in your physical stamina, but you feel strong both emotionally and mentally as well. You feel healthy, energized, revitalized, and rejuvenated.

The stairs naturally allow for social distancing since you can t climb as a group anyway. We will follow the directional arrows. Each staircase is one-way (either up or down). After the work out we will try to cool down in the park area.

Parking:
Free parking. There s several lots around the park. The one that leads straight to the stairs is the driveway right after the North OC Escrow Corporation/Car Detailing building. We ll meet at the shaded tables by the restrooms right next to the Lion s Field softball court.

Here are some suggested essential items to bring:
- Hydration – you will get thirsty!
- Sunscreen
- Hat
- Sunglasses
- Sturdy shoes
- Snacks
- Backpack
