FULL MOON Yin Yoga + Sound Healing

Please join us at this special sunset hour for a restorative evening of yoga with Katie Jacobson + sound healing immersion with Danny Goldberg
We will ground the expansive full moon energy with a deeply meditative yin yoga practice. Passive floor postures will be held for several minutes to unwind tension, soothe the nervous system, and harmonize the flow of prana//chi in the body.
The divine collaboration with the gongs, singing bowls, and chimes will guide us even deeper into our meditation. The healing vibrations pass through our bodies, opening blockages, and allowing our minds to quiet. It's in this space of relaxation that we can really listen, release, and surrender to the rise and fall.
