What to expect:
Each class will start with discussion about how to embrace Hygge this winter, followed by an hour of slow flow, restorative and nidra yoga. Each session will end with time for a true hygge experience. Think pumpkin muffins, chunky stew, hot chocolate, journaling prompts, time to read, candles, a Christmas movie, glogg (Scandinavian mulled wine), cuddling a super sweet goldendoodle pup (yep, Lucy will be on site for snuggz).
Please bring:
- yoga mat (if you have one)
- your favorite mug
- a journal
- the warmest socks you own
- a blanket (if you’d like)
- anything else that will make you feel the most coziest!
Attire:
- leggings, ratty sweatpants
- chunky sweater, hoodie
- messy bun
- wool socks
- extra points for snuggies and footie PJs

$18 per sesh (includes 1 hour yoga and the appropriate hygge supplies for each weekly theme!)

- Space is limited to 7 people per week so RSVP ASAP
- Tickets are non-refundable however they can be transferred to a fellow yogi

November 10 – yoga, chunky stew and candles (dinner is served!)
November 17 – yoga, silent reading party, glogg (bring the book you've been meaning to read, glogg for those 21+)
November 24 – yoga, pumpkin muffins and puppy snuggles (Lucy is hypoallergenic)
December 1 – yoga, journaling prompts and hot chocolate (bring your journal)
December 8 – yoga, essential oil roller and more glogg (includes EO roller supplies, glogg for those 21+)
December 15 – yoga, Love Actually and popcorn (this one will run a bit later to accomodate the movie)
