This Event is FREE, and we welcome the entire community
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, take photos with Shep, and receive complimentary autographs.
There will also be soccer giveaways for the children.
SHEP MESSING – Long Island native, Harvard graduate, U.S. Olympian, All-Star Pro Soccer Goalkeeper as teammate of Pele, Broadcaster, and Motivational Speaker – Entertains and enlightens audiences around the world.

We are a block from the main Street Flushing Branch of the Queens Public Library, and close to the LIRR and 7 train Main Street Flushing stations.

The Shep Messing event is one of a full schedule of inclusive premiere events presented by the Free Synagogue of Flushing during our Centennial Celebration. We are committed to our goal of providing high-quality, diverse, entertaining, and thought-provoking programming. You can be a part of our celebration with your donation of $100 or more to our Program Fund, which will earn you recognition in our publications as a Friend of the Synagogue. The funds will help restore our historic sanctuary, and produce quality programming for the Flushing and Greater Queens communities as FSF seeks to become the 92nd Street Y of Flushing.
