Taste a variety of oolong teas from South East China and Taiwan. Learn the effects that oxidation, withering, and, rollinghave on flavor profile. Learn various production methods and techniques for making oolong teas and prepare samplings of traditional oolong teas using Gaiwan and Gong Fu methods.
