Some of the tastiest and healthiest foods can be picked right from spring gardens. Those first spring greens, flavorful pea shoots, gorgeous radishes and garlic scapes can be the center of some light, healthy, and amazing meals. In this demonstration class, taught by Registered Dietitian Pohley Richey, we will use what is fresh and available from the garden to make dishes like Polenta topped with a Pea Shoot and Herb Salad, Green Gazpacho, Roasted Radishes, and Shrimp with Garlic Scape Pesto.
