Free Yoga @ the Labyrinth

Erin is completing her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Create Karma in Lancaster. This series of classes fulfills the community project portion of her training. 

The intention for this series is to practice yoga, meditation and breathwork in the energy of the labyrinth at the Unitarian Church. Labyrinths are sacred symbols for the journey of the soul through human life, and they are known for allowing a shift in perception to open to greater clarity and peace in life. Feel free to come early or stay after class to walk the labyrinth.

Please bring a mat and any props that support your practice.
