You're invited to join beginner-friendly yoga + meditation every Tuesday! Start or expand your yoga, relaxation, and meditation practice in a welcoming environment.
After flowing through an enjoyable sequence of physical postures, you will be guided into ~15 minutes of relaxing meditation. Drop-in, chill out.
All are welcome, no previous yoga or meditation experience required (you CAN do this!), please bring a yoga mat and plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in and get situated.
