FREE Warrior Flow Yoga #onLincoln

Join Adrian Molina, founder of Warrior Flow and the Warrior Flow Team, every Sunday at 10:00am on Lincoln Rd and Euclid (700 Lincoln Rd) for Warrior Flow Miami Community Yoga Class. This is not your typical yoga class. Every week, prior to the yoga flow, we offer an optional 15 minute mobility segment that starts at 9:45am, led by a Warrior Flow coach. We also have special guests from different disciplines such as Pilates.We believe in variety when it comes to movement. This segment is followed by the yoga flow by our founder Adrian Molina. This flow is an open-level flow, meaning it's accessible to anyone regardless of level of practice. Some basic fitness experience is necessary. Towards the end of the practice depending on the week, we have special guests leading meditation, or singing mantras, or playing instruments. There is always a meditation component to the class.This is a free event offered by Lincoln Road and organized by Warrior Flow.  It’s an outdoor community event under the shade (or sun if you prefer) with beautiful views of Lincoln Road, open skies, and palm trees filled with birds singing.We welcome everyone, including children under supervision of their parents (especially if they have never done a group class before).We welcome well-behaved pets. If you are joining us please bring a mat, a towel, a bottle of water, and as many friends as you can.On Sunday mornings Lincoln Road is very quiet and it’s super easy to find street parking in the parking lots that are at the intersection of Euclid and Lincoln Rd on the South side. After class you can enjoy a stroll through the Green Market or Antique Market that happens on various Sundays during the year. Many participants opt to bike to our location.By attending the class you take responsibility for your own fitness and health, and you forever absolve Warrior Flow, Lincoln Road, City of Miami Beach, Adrian Molina and all instructors associated with the event for any injury you may sustain during class or while on the premises.
