Level 1 is a slower-paced flow class that is appropriate for those who want a less dynamic practice or for those newer to yoga. Ample time is spent breaking down the sun salutations and poses fundamental to the Vinyasa practice. Yoga props and modifications are offered to support proper alignment and to facilitate a greater ease in the poses.
