PROGRAM OVERVIEW
St. Joseph’s Children’s Mobile Medical Clinic (MMC) is a pediatric office on wheels that travels to undeserved communities in Hillsborough County to provide healthcare services. We have specialized in well-child care and will now be adding a sick care component as part of a partnership with Metropolitan Ministries.
SCOPE OF SERVICES - Well Child Care
Immunizations
We administer all vaccines recommended by the ACIP.
Hearing & Vision Screens
Referrals provided for children identified with hearing and/or vision concerns.
Vaccine Record Check
Vaccine records put into the Florida Shots™ database. Parents are given a certified vaccine record.
DO YOU QUALIFY FOR MEDICAL SERVICES?
Children age 18 years old and younger
Children must have :
-Medicaid or
- No Health Insurance or
- Be Native American
Photo ID for parent or guardian
Child’s most recent immunization records
