EGBI and The Texas C-BAR again are teaming up to provide a

FREE small business legal clinic in the Austin metro area again.

Volunteer attorneys will be available for one-on-one 30 minutes

consultation sessions to cover topics important to small

businesses, such as entity formation, general liability, contracts,

employment procedure, negotiation, patents and trademarks,

and more.

 Volunteer attorneys will offer legal advice in the individual

consultation sessions only. If a business owner is currently

 in litigation or needs extended legal services, the clinic will

 have resource referrals on hand – these consultations will

not result in the volunteer attorneys providing extended

 legal services.

 Participants must arrive and sign in before 5:30 p.m. Staff will be

on hand to assist. Business owners should come prepared to

discuss their legal questions and bring all relevant documents.

 And if your business is a sole proprietorship, you will have the

possibility incorporate one person LLC's on site, as long as you have

 a credit card to pay for the filing fee.

 All participants will be required to fill out a thorough intake

 questionnaire, the information is secure and will not be used by

Texas C-BAR/LAMP for any other purposes.

 Abogados ofrecerán consejos de forma voluntaria sobre temas

importantes para las pequeñas empresas como puede ser la

formación constitutiva, responsabilidad general, contratos,

procedimientos para empleados, negociación, patentes y

marcas y mucho más.

 Esta consultoría jurídica se llevará a cabo en sesiones individuales

 de 30 minutos. Si el empresario está cursando un litigio en este

 momento o necesita servicio legal más intensivo, los

profesionales tendrán información a mano para derivarlo-estas

consultas gratuitas no implican consultoría jurídica sin costo

para un servicio legal prolongado.

 Y si usted es el único dueño de su negocio, tendrá la posibilidad

 de constituir la LLC individual ese mismo día, siempre y cuando

 tenga una tarjeta de crédito para pagar el valor de la tasa de

presentación.

 Los participantes deberán llegar antes de las 5:30pm. Personal

de EGBI asistirá con el registro. Los empresarios deben estar

preparados para hacer sus preguntas legales y traer documentos

relevantes.

 Todos los participantes deberán completar un cuestionario

exhaustivo; la información es segura y no será usada por Texas

C-BAR/LAMP para ningún otro propósito.
