Free Philly Capoeira Classes

Join us for an Intro of Capoeira! Capoeira is an ancient Afro-Brazilian Martial art full of rich cultural history. Embodied in DANCE, Capoeira perfectly blends self-defense, acrobatics, music, and culture. Training Capoeira builds full-body control while allowing you to create a dialogue through movement. 

Our special 120 minute intro workshop will focus on rhythm, musicality, balance, strength, and endurance. Please be prepared with comfortable clothing and a reusable water bottle. 

We ask that if you enjoy your first FREE class that you sign-up for our weekly classes scheduled Mon-Wed from 6pm - 8pm.
