Free Oceanfront Beginners Guided Meditation Class with Shelly Tygielski

Learn to live life with a new mindset at this (almost) weekly meditation gathering, with the "Sand Tribe" and classes led by Shelly Tygielski. Hundreds of likeminded people come together in the most amazing setting representing all levels of meditation experience. We learn how to breathe, relax, chill and just be present. No "hokey" stuff - it's all straightforward and secular.
This community "accidentally" started with just 12 friends in November 2015, and has now grown to over 15,000 friends.
Where: Park your car along the side street meters along A1A in Hollywood Beach OR at the PUBLIC parking lot at the end of Sheridan Street and A1A (which is literally in front of where we meet) at Hollywood North Beach Park. In front of this park, through the dunes, we will be setting up for our meditation class, right on the beach facing the ocean. 
Time: We start PROMPTLY at 8:40 am. Please arrive by 8:30 am to set up your towel and to set your intention for your meditation.
What to bring:
Bring a towel to sit on. If you suffer from lower back pains, bring a throw pillow. Bring a water bottle and a hat. Wear comfortable clothes that will not cause you discomfort when sitting for a period of time. Bring a friend! Or two!
Who: All ages. Any level of experience. No experience necessary.
Cost: None. Deposit your positive energies for all to share. Our currency is gratitude!  
Bad Weather: If the forecast calls for rain, we will need to reschedule the class until I find a space that also has a pavilion.
