Little chefs with global palates wanted! In this class, children will create Brazilian cheese bites and fudge balls. For ages 6-12.

Ingredients include:

Brazilian Cheese Bites-

1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp oregano
1/3 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
vegetable oil

Brazilian Fudge Balls-

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 TB butter, more for hands
1 TB vanilla sprinkles
pinch of salt
