Free Homebuyer Education Seminar - February 29, 2020

Ever dreamed of owning a home!?! Who hasn't, right!?! Well the first step in purchasing a home is attending a Homebuyer Education Seminar. This class is free to attend and open to the public. We will give you a comprehensive understanding of the entire home buying process as well as provide information on the Commission's first mortgage programs, and downpayment assistance. We will provide you with the certificate needed to use any of the WSHFC programs. 
Seating is limited so register soon. Light snacks will be provided and you may bring in your own snacks as well. You must stay for the entire class to receive your certificate of completion. This class is accepted by all affordable housing loan programs as meeting or exceeding educational requirements.
