Free Introductory CrossFit Class every Monday @ 7:00 PM.
Learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit with a certified coach who will work hands-on with each beginner. This class is designed to teach our athletes how to safely and effectively perform the workouts used here at the gym. The coaches will start with the basics and proceed by highlighting the proper form and execution of each weight lifting motion. Safety and injury prevention is our #1 priority while it begins with everyone knowing exactly what they are doing and what weight they are comfortable with.
Private instruction classes are also available to be scheduled at anytime for $50.
