Free Community Yoga at Mission San Jose

Make mindfulness your MISSION and meet your favorite mobile yogis in San Antonio's only National Park for a free yoga class!

Move, breath and connect with our dynamic community in an all level yoga practice set at the historic Mission San Jose. This class occurs on the first and third Saturday of each month and is complimentary to the community thanks to funding from the Western National Parks Association.

Class will meet outdoors in the heart of the park, in front of the San Jose Church. In case of incliment weather, class will occur inside the Granary building located across from the front doors of the church.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No, this is a family-friendly class, open to all ages and levels of experience! 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is a free parking lot located at the entrance of Mission San Jose. 

What can I bring into the event?

Bring your own yoga mat (we typically ahve a few extra if you forget), water and an open mind!
