C1 classes are designed to introduce yogis to the foundational postures that they’ll encounter in other CPY classes. This Power Vinyasa-style class focuses on connecting your breath to your movement. It is taught at a slower pace in an unheated room with an emphasis on instructor demonstrations and hands-on adjustments.
