Food Development Meeting

Our food development process is open to the public. This is where new food is born at Clover. We taste new menu items, consider new products from local farmers or producers, and discuss food quality control for the company. Come taste with us, or bring your own ideas for the menu! It can be an old family recipe, inspirations from food you have eaten while traveling, or something that takes advantage of what is in season in New England. If you would like to bring a recipe,  we encourage you to cook it for us so we can taste it. You can even do this in one of our kitchens. If we think it's a good fit, it will go into development by one of our test chefs at a Clover location.  You can submit your recipe and secure a spot on the agenda by filling out the form below.
