Have you been wanting to dive deeper into your inversion practice but not sure where to start?! Join our resident yogis Erik Rydout And Jayme Couch for a 2 hour inversion workshop September 29th 12pm-2pm.
The workshop will begin with a 60 minute vinyasa inversion prep flow led by Jayme and will continue with an hour of hands on inversion workshop led by Erik. We will be working on headstand, Tripod headstand, handstand and forearm stand. No experience necessary!! Come fly strong with us and leave with confidence in your inversion practice!
